Area Sales Manager Nordics

This is a successful company with international operations and a strong reputation for developing high-quality, innovative fastening systems for the construction industry. To strengthen their presence in the Nordic market, we are now looking for an Area Sales Manager for the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark).

In this role, you will take ownership of developing the market and building strong, long-term relationships with distributors, planners and end customers. You will act as a key ambassador for the brand in the region and play an important role in driving both strategic and operational sales initiatives.

Working closely with the international sales organization, you will contribute to expanding our market position and identifying new business opportunities across the Nordics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to existing and potential customers, providing expert guidance on the full product portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, planners and end customers across the Nordic region
  • Manage collaboration between customers, internal sales teams and specialist departments to ensure effective project support
  • Work closely with our cooperation and partners to strengthen market presence and develop joint opportunities
  • Drive the development and expansion of the customer base through proactive business development and relationship building
  • Manage the full sales process, from technical consultation and quotation preparation (including pricing) to monitoring order execution
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the product range through market insights and customer feedback
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across the region
  • Support internal teams with market insights and contribute to market-related initiatives

Your Profile

  • Solid sales and technical background within fastening technology, construction products or a related industry
  • Strong customer orientation and a relationship-driven sales approach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Highly self-driven with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams
  • Good understanding of the Nordic construction or distribution market
  • Residence centrally located within the Nordic sales region
  • Business-fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Nordic region
